Handmaids work tirelessly in the United States and around the world to assist people and communities who are poor, uneducated, marginalized, spiritually hungry, and searching for God.

We continually strive to increase our sense of being One Body by building cross-cultural, multi-ethnic communities wherever they are in the world.

In the US, the Handmaids live and work in four communities with various ministries: 

• Ancillae-Assumpta Academy, a co-educational school in Wyncote, PA
• Saint Raphaela Center, a retreat center in Haverford, PA
• Oasis Tutors, a tutoring and community outreach program in Athens, GA
• Formation House, an intentional living and learning community in St. Louis, MO

Handmaids are in many other parts of the world…twenty-four nations and counting!
